Truong Sa island districts elect deputies to NA

The election started at 7 a.m. at all 24 polling stations, of which 21 is located on islands, in Truong Sa island district, the central coastal province of Khanh Hoa .
Bien Xuan Khuong, Chairman of the Truong Sa island district People’s Council and Head of the district election board, said “voters of Truong Sa district expect to see improvements in the quality of 12th National Assembly deputies.”
“We set to conclude the voting by 7 p.m.,” Khuong added.
Also at 7 a.m., voters in Bach Long Vi island district in the northern city of Hai Phong, went to the polls to cast their vote.
